Welcome to Elevated Tint Co. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment or purchasing our services.


1. Services & Appointments

  • Elevated Tint Co. provides professional window tinting and paint protection services.
  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
  • A deposit may be required to secure an appointment, and full payment is due upon completion of service.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we offer warranties on certain products and services (see Section 5).

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure their vehicle is clean before service to allow proper film application.
  • Any existing damage to windows or paint must be disclosed before service begins. Elevated Tint Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a limited warranty on our window tint and paint protection film against bubbling, peeling, or discoloration. Warranty terms vary by product and service.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or modifications after installation.
  • Elevated Tint Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Payments must be made in full upon service completion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Elevated Tint Co. and may not be used without permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us to find a resolution.
  • Any legal claims must be resolved in accordance with the laws of Utah.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
